Why should you book on our website?
We manage our booking tool ourselves, so there are no commissions or fees (on our other sales channels we have to calculate these additional costs and thus the overnight prices are slightly higher on other platforms).
We use this platform to process payment transactions with you directly. You don't have to pay anything in advance until your arrival.
We determine the cancellation conditions or special cases for bookings ourselves, thus a clear and concise structure without hidden costs or difficult to understand regulations.
How is the booking amount determined for a planned trip - how does our booking tool calculate?
In the booking program - depending on the season - we store a certain price for - an overnight stay with only one person per holiday apartment.
Each additional person - per holiday apartment - costs a flat rate of EUR 20 per night more.
Children up to the age of three are completely free of charge (in the cot or in the bed of the carer), Children or other people from their 3rd birthday count as an additional person = EUR 20 per night
The two apartments on the 1.st and 2nd floor each have a double bed and a comfortable, wide sofa bed (approx. 140 cm). Thus the max. Occupancy three people.
The approx. 120 m² apartment on the 3rd / 4th Upper floor has three bedrooms. In bedrooms 1 and 2 there is a wide box-spring double bed. The third bedroom has two sofa beds (particularly suitable as a children's room). In this apartment the max. Occupancy six people.
Cancellation Policy: It`s easy ...
You can cancel completely free of charge up to seven days before the start of the booking.
If you only cancel at a later point in time (i.e. less than 7 days before the start of the booking), 90% of the total travel price will be due for payment (we always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance which assumes this risk in the event of illness).
Of course, in this case we will try to rent the booked apartment to someone else in order to minimize the damage as much as possible. If a replacement booking is possible, this rental income will be deducted in full from your cancellation costs.
If you do not start the trip and have not canceled it (no show), 100% of the total travel price is due for payment (please always cancel as early as possible or contact us regarding a date change) A date change is possible at any time after the booking has been made, provided the respective daily rate is identical. Otherwise, a price adjustment will be made in consultation with you.
