Cancellation policy

We always recommend booking through our website, as we manage it ourselves and therefore no additional fees apply. On our other booking platforms, such as booking.com, we have to factor in these additional costs, which leads to higher prices on those platforms.


When booking through our website, you also don’t have to pay weeks or months in advance; instead, you’ll receive the invoice three weeks before your arrival and can simply settle it within seven days.


If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to seven days before your booking begins.


If you cancel at a later date (i.e., less than 7 days before the start of your booking), 70% of the total travel price is due (we always recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, which covers this risk in case of illness). Of course, in this case, we will try to rent the booked apartment to someone else to minimize the loss. If a replacement booking is possible, the full amount of this rental income will be deducted from your cancellation fees.


If you do not show up for your trip and have not canceled it (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the total trip price (please always cancel as early as possible or contact us regarding a date change). A date change is possible at any time free of charge after booking is confirmed and up to seven days before arrival, provided the daily rate remains the same. Otherwise, a price adjustment will be made in consultation with you.
